JOB DESCRIPTION

SourceLink is currently seeking a Healthcare Marketing Strategist responsible for two critical functions: [1] successfully developing, planning, analyzing and implementing omnichannel marketing strategies to meet client objectives and [2] conceive, develop and implement go-to-market healthcare strategy.

CLIENT-FACING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for our clients to meet their short and long-term objectives and deliver improved ROI for acquisition programs such as Medicare Advantage AEP and First Eligible
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for our clients to meet their short and long-term objectives and deliver improved ROI for member programs including engagement, retention and winback.
  • Support SourceLink growth objectives for our existing healthcare clients by identifying opportunities to sell adjacent services and new marketing programs
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically about client initiatives, while also promoting actionable tactics to deliver quick wins for our clients
  • Appreciate and promote the importance of intelligence-driven marketing from decisioning to marketing accountability
  • Collaborate with Customer Intelligence team in the proposal and execution of analytical strategies
  • Coordinate with sales and account management in the execution of marketing programs to ensure client expectations are met, especially with regard to scope, schedule, budget and results

 

 

Go-to-Market RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Stay abreast of marketplace trends to [1] provide thought leadership on best practices for healthcare marketing and [2] identify new opportunities for SourceLink growth and healthcare offering enhancements
  • Assess current SourceLink service offering and provide recommendations for improvements to improve competitive advantage
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of healthcare marketing trends to add credibility to client presentations, proposals and RFP responses
  • Collaborates with sales to create and/or refine value propositions that more clearly define and demonstrate SourceLink's measurable value to clients
  • Become active in key associations/organizations to expand SourceLink's market presence and position of market expertise
  • Drive SourceLink healthcare awareness through speaking engagements, blogs and white papers
  • Identify potential partners to expand internal offerings
  • Work with Chief Strategy Officer on client consulting engagements, including customer journey mapping and enterprise solution Discovery sessions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field
  • 10 years professional experience, with at least 5+ years being in healthcare agency or healthcare organization marketing
  • Relevant association/organization active membership
  • Leadership and effective interpersonal skills to communicate the vision of healthcare marketing
  • Expert in healthcare marketing strategy, program development, audience insights and performance metrics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage and "sell" prospects and clients
  • Strong self-management and able to handle multiple, competing priorities
  • Understanding of overall marketing analytics
  • Ability to interface with different internal business units as well as clients to gather requirements, define project scopes and meet deadlines
  • Knowledgeable of healthcare marketing providers strengths/weaknesses
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
